Recipe: Protein bars (Zuzana's recipe)


I can't stop making this! It's delicious! 
But, you eat it only after your workout if you're trying to loose weight (but if you don't have problem with that you can eat them as a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks...), that's like award to yourself for finished training :)

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of nut meal (about 60g)
- 3 cups of oats (about 120g)
- 2tbs of honey
- 1 small cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 
- 3 scoops of vanilla flavored protein powder (I don't use this, 'cause I don't have it)

How to prepare:
Nut meal is basically blended nuts. Just take two cups of mixed nuts and blend them in your food processor into a powder like nut 'meal'. Mix it with other ingredients in a bowl. Spread the mixture into a non-stick baking sheet (small one) and bake it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the top is nicely brown.

Recipe: Cauliflower Pie / Pita od karfiola

1 PIECE = 95 CALORIES


You'll need:
3 pounds of cauliflower
4 eggs
100g of sour cream
6 tablespoons of (sunflower) oil
half tablespoon of salt
6g of baking powder
2-3dl of milk or yogurt
12 tablespoons of flour


How to prepare:
In the salted boiling water add cauliflower (in pieces) and cook it for about 10 minutes. Then put it in a greased (3 tablespoons of oil) casserole and then add prepared dough. How to prepare dough? Well, first separate egg yolks and egg whites. (in the meantime turn on the oven on 200C) Whisk egg whites with mixer. Then whisk egg yolk (also with mixer) with half tablespoon of salt, 100g of sour cream, 1-1.5dl of milk/yogurt, 12 tablespoons of flour and with baking powder. Then gradually add 1-1.5dl of milk/yogurt and 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. And whisk it for like 10 seconds. Then combine this with egg whites and overflow with it cauliflower in casserole, and put it to bake in oven. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

Trebaće vam:
1.5kg karfiola
4 jaja
100g kisele pavlake
6 kašike (suncokretovo) ulje
pola kašike soli
6g praška za pecivo
2-3dl mleka ili jogurta
12 kašika brašna

Kako pripremiti:
U slanoj ključaloj vodi dodati karfiol (iskidanog u komade) i kuvajte ga oko 10 minuta . Zatim stavite ga u podmazanu (3 kašike ulja) tepsiju , a zatim dodajte pripremljeno testo . Kako pripremiti testo? Pa , prvo odvojite žumanca i belanca. ( u medjuvremenu uključite rernu na 200 stepeni ) Umutite belanca sa mikserom. Tada umutite žumance (takođe mikserom) sa pola kašike soli , 100g kisele pavlake , 1-1.5dl mleka / jogurta , 12 kašika brašna i praškom za pecivo . Zatim postepeno dodajte 1-1.5dl mleka/jogurta i 3 kašike suncokretovog ulja. To mutiti otprilike 10 sekundi, pa pomešati sa belancima. Preliti preko karfiola u tepsiji, i staviti da se peče u rerni . Pecite oko 30-40 minuta.

Recipe: Macaroni Cheese Pie / Pita sa sirom i makaronima

ENGLISH (engleski):

You will need:
- Fresh cheese (made with 1.5 - 2 litres of milk)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Macaroni (400-500g)
- 200g of sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of (sunflower) oil
- 6g of baking powder

How to make it:
In boiling water put half tablespoon of salt and Macaroni. Let it cooks few minutesThen, filter it and rinse with water. Turn on oven to 200 degrees and let it heat up. During this time, in a bowl mix cheese with a half tablespoon of salt, 4 eggs, 200g sour cream, 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix it well. Then add Macaroni and baking powder. Stir it gently and pour into greased casserole. Put it to bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for about an hour and fifteen minutes. 
Bon appetite!

SERBIAN (srpski)

Trebaće vam:
- mladi sir (napravljen sa 1.5 - 2 litre mleka)
- kašika soli
- kesica Makarona (od 400 ili 500g)
- 200g pavlake
- 4 jaja
- 5 kašika (suncokretovog) ulja
- 6g (pola kesice) praška za pecivo

Priprema:
U ključalu vodu sipati pola kašike soli i kesicu Makarona. Ostaviti da se kuva nekoliko minuta. Zatim procediti i isprati vodom. Ukopčajte rernu na 200 stepeni i sačekajte da se zagreje. Za to vreme pomešati mladi sir, pola kašike soli, 4 jaja, 200g pavlake, 2 kašike ulja, i dobro promešati sve to. Potom dodati Makarone i 6g (pola kesice) praška za pecivo. Lagano promešati i sipati u podmazanu tepsiju. Zatim staviti da se peče u zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni. Peći oko sat vremena i petnaest minuta.

Recipe: Healthier American pancakes / Zdravije Američke palačinke

You will need / Trebaće vam:


 - 1 glass of cottage cheese or some other low fat cheese /1 čaša cottage sira ili nekog drugog manje masnog sira, npr. Ella

 - 1 glass of minced oat flakes /1 čaša mlevenih ovsenih pahuljica


 - 3 egg whites + 1 egg /3 belanceta + 1 jaje



 - cinnamon /cimet


 - vanilla /vanila


How to prepare / Kako pripremiti:

Blend all of these ingredients and bake on griddle. 

When you finish baking you can eat it with some strawberries, blueberries, almonds, nuts.....  
It's really delicious and it's better version of American pancakes, it's healthier and, I have to say, REALLY tasty!

Izblendajte sve ove sastojke i pecite na griddle ploči na grilu.
Kada ispečete, gotove palačinke možete jesti sa jagodama, borovnicama, bademima, orasima.....
Fantasticno je! I ovo je bolja verzija od Američkih palačinki, zdravije je i, moram priznati, JAKO ukusno!
